Returns & Replacements

We strive to make every purchase with us a delightful experience. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist.

We accept returns and replacements if:

  • You’ve received the wrong item.
  • There’s a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product doesn’t fit your space or style ( please note: in this case, a partial freight charge will be deducted from your refund )

Damages in Transit

If your product arrives broken or damaged, please share a clear photo with us via WhatsApp on the numbers above, and we’ll resolve the issue swiftly.

Important: We require the original packaging (including internal foam or padding) even for damaged items, as this helps us process claims and ensure a safe return journey.

Order Cancellations

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@practikalstudio.in or via phone at the numbers listed above.

After 12 hours, or once the item has been packed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. In such cases, the order will be processed as a return, and any refusal to accept delivery will be treated accordingly.

For successfully cancelled orders that haven't been shipped, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we reserve the right to decline future orders if a previous order is canceled after shipment.

Craftsmanship Disclaimer

Many of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. As such, slight differences in color, texture, or dimensions are part of the handmade process and add character to each piece. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Return Procedure

1. Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Initiating a Return: Email us at support@practikalstudio.in or call +91 6362989332 (available 10 AM – 9 PM). Send us two photos—one of the entire product and another highlighting the issue.

3. Approval: Once reviewed by our quality team, we’ll respond with the status of your return request within 2-3 working days.

4. Pickup & Inspection: If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup within 2-3 business days. The return process, including inspection and refund initiation, typically takes 7–10 days from the time of pickup.

Refunds

Refunds are initiated within 2–3 days after we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse
